Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After your order has been shipped you will receive a second e-mail with your shipping information and tracking number. It can take a few hours before you can track your order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and we will refund your money.

Haven’t received a confirmation e-mail after placing an order? This can be because we haven’t received your payment, then the order is not processed. Please always double check the purchase amount has been charged on your bank account or credit card.

Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. All orders will be shipped on business days. Your package will be sent within five working days, if the item is in stock. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout, but we won’t charge shipping costs within the Netherlands.

During sale seasons or holidays delivery might take a bit longer than usual.
